We are Percy, Raffaella, Flavio, and Willy (the four-legged member of our family), and we fell in love with the beautiful town of Varese Ligure 25 years ago when we purchased a 14-hectare property with two large farmhouses (an old barn and the farmhouse). The buildings have been renovated with respect for the surrounding environment.
The two independent apartments each have a kitchen and offer a splendid view of the valley and the town.
The large terraces attached to the apartments are perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets and outdoor dining with the provided barbecues.
Our charming shared pool is the highlight of our property, as it provides families with a place to have fun and allows parents to comfortably watch their children throughout the day.
Our property is also home to seven donkeys who bring joy to children, and we are currently building a new stable that will house many milk goats, complete with a milking room and space for processing and selling dairy products.
The village of Varese Ligure is 700 meters away and can be reached by a pleasant walk.
